“When I went to drink with men (women in Vietnam are not allowed to drink alcohol), it is important that we must take equally. Unlike many northern, southern people to drink alcohol in a chum. Although only about 40% alcohol but I do not think worrying about the disease and hepatitis infections, which have a high prevalence in Binh Thuan province, “said Adam Bray, reporter CNNGo, the author has published 15 books guided tours to Vietnam and Indochina the article.

In Vietnam there are 3 popular rice wine: common type is called distilled rice wine (or rice wine) were incubated in pottery type known as wine (wine party) the third category are soaked with the animals or plants, the leaves are called alcohol treatment.

In particular, rice wine (by calling the North, also known as Southern rice wine) was distilled by traditional methods, we use rice or glutinous rice to cook. White rice is first cooked and then crushed soaked, then water and yeast to ferment the mixture. Finally, distilled water after fermentation, it is taken to make wine.

However, drinking rice wine in Vietnam are also potential risk of illness, by a toxin produced during distillation or ethanol (added to increase the aesthetics) can cause blindness, even death.

Speaking of wine, reporter Adam Bray continued: “Alcohol needs (alcohol party) is my favorite dish. This is a typical wine of ethnic minorities in the Central Highlands, often used in special occasions such as weddings or New Year party. Unlike the rice wine, not wine distillation but instead is using black glutinous rice, herbs, bark and other natural flavorings were incubated for fermentation in pottery large with at least 2 weeks time. ”

When the party started, people pour liquid into the wet mixture (typically coconut milk, soft drinks or beer and sip in one hour or more. When you need to drink more, you can add liquid magnet average. People drink wine with suction cups made of bamboo forest, wine has many flavors of coffee, honey, chocolate, anise, cloves, cinnamon. In addition, the flavors of this wine is depends on the specific material added by each nation.

Drugs, alcohol made from rice is soaked with pure fruit or herb is good for health as characters, more flexible, far from Ha; or wild animals such as snakes, geckos, seahorses; even the rare animals such as bears, deer, tigers are also people hunting for horns, nails, soak the fetus to alcohol.

Besides, the issue of superstition also plays an important role in the dip direction of the wine or a wine bottle on the lower ground. “Traditionally, wine is worth to be buried in the southeast of a fork in the road for 100 days to get the natural balance,” the article quoted Mr. Ha Le Hung, a quite distinctly alcohol in Mui Ne.

According to Hung, has more than 100 types of alcohol and drugs in Vietnam, each with a different uses such as treatment of back pain in older people, enrichment for women after childbirth, helps blood circulation .. . “In that enhances the physiological effects are usually most people mention when it comes to wine,” he said on CNNGo.
